In accordance with the work A Dictionary of Law, this is a description of Continuous Bail : Bail granted by a magistrates’ court directing the accused to appear at every time and place to which the proceedings may from time to time be adjourned, as opposed to a direction to appear at the end of a fixed period of remand.
