Cross-referencing in relation to the Technology and Construction Court

[rtbs name=”technology-and-construction-court”]Where a substantial number of documents will be adduced in evidence or contained in the trial bundles, it is of considerable assistance to the Technology and Construction Court and to all concerned if the relevant page references are annotated in the margins of the copy witness statements. It is accepted that this is a time-consuming exercise, the need for which will be considered at the Pre-trial Review, and it will only be ordered where it is both appropriate and proportionate to do so.
