Definition of Full Powers
In accordance with the work A Dictionary of Law, this is a description of Full Powers : A document produced by the competent authorities of a state designating a person (or body of persons) to represent the state for negotiating, adopting, or authenticating the text of a *treaty, for expressing the consent of the state to be bound by a treaty, or for accomplishing any other act with respect to a treaty.
