High Court Enforcement in relation to the Technology and Construction Court

A party wishing to make use of any provision of the Civil Procedure Rules concerned with the enforcement of judgments and orders made in the Technology and Construction Court in London can use the Technology and Construction Court Registry in London or any other convenient Technology and Construction Court District Registry listed in this legal Encyclopedia.

Outside London

Where the judgment or order in respect of which enforcement is sought was made by a judge of the Technology and Construction Court out of London, the party seeking enforcement should use the Registry of the Technology and Construction Court in which the judgment or order was made.

In General

Where orders are required or sought to support enforcement of a Technology and Construction Court judgment or order, a judge of the Technology and Construction Court is the appropriate judge for that purpose. If available, the judge who gave the relevant judgment or made the relevant order is the appropriate judge to whom all applications should be addressed.
