Judicial Diversity Taskforce in relation with the Courts and Tribunals in England
The Judicial Diversity Taskforce comprises the MoJ, senior members of the judiciary, the Judicial Appointments Commission (JAC), a non-departmental public body,, Bar Council, Law Society and CILEx. It oversees implementation of the 53 recommendations of the Baroness Neuberger report of the Advisory Panel on Judicial Diversity published in February 2010.
