Under disability legislation, organisations have a positive duty to “take steps to meet disabled people’s needs, even if this requires more favourable treatment”, such as making reasonable adjustments.

NIJAC will endeavour to ensure that the Application process and all form of communication is accessible to all potential applicants and that where also required changes are made to the workplace environment or working arrangements to ensure equality of opportunity.
