Submissions During The Trial
Submissions during the trial in relation to the Technology and Construction Court
[rtbs name=”technology-and-construction-court”]Submissions and legal argument should be kept to a minimum during the course of the trial. Where these are necessary, (a) they should, where possible, take place when a witness is not giving evidence and (b) the judge should be given forewarning of the need for submissions or legal argument. Where possible, the judge will fix a time for these submissions outside the agreed timetable for the evidence.
