Definition of Course of Employment

In accordance with the work A Dictionary of Law, this is a description of Course of Employment : The scope of the work a person is employed to do. An employer may be held responsible under the principle of *vicarious liability for his employee’s wrongful acts if they are necessarily incidental to his work, or authorized (expressly or by implication) by the employer, or, though not in any way authorized, are a wrongful way of doing something he was employed to do.
