Further case management conference in relation to the Technology and Construction Court

[rtbs name=”technology-and-construction-court”]In an appropriate case, the judge will fix a review case management conference, to take place part way through the timetable that has been set down, in order to allow the Technology and Construction Court to review progress, and to allow the parties to raise any matters arising out of the steps that have been taken up to that point. However, this will not be ordered automatically and will be confined to cases of significant complexity. Each party will be required to give notice in writing to the other parties and the Technology and Construction Court of any directions which it will be seeking at the review case management conference, two days in advance of the hearing.
