In accordance with the work A Dictionary of Law, this is a description of Controlled Trust : A trust of which one or more solicitors or their employees are sole trustees. Such trusts are subject to special accounts rules made under the Solicitors Act 1974; breaches of these rules may be reported to the Solicitors’ Disciplinary Tribunal.
