Litigiosity
Scottish Law: Litigiosity in the Past
The pendency of a suit; it is an implied prohibition of alienation to the disappointment of an action or of diligence, the direct object of which is to get possession or to acquire the property (see more about this popular legal topic in the U.K. encyclopedia) of a particular subject.
