Definition of Double Criminality
In accordance with the work A Dictionary of Law, this is a description of Double Criminality : The rule in *extradition procedures that, in order for the request to be complied with, the crime for which extradition is sought must be a crime in both the requesting state and the state to which the fugitive has fled.
