Tenancy Deposit Scheme

In the Assured Tenancies (Amendment) Act (England) Order 2010, with effect from 1 October 2010, the limit for this scheme is raised to £100,000 p.a. bringing all tenacies below that limit within the scope of the Housing Act 1988.
